Clove remedy to end painful periods


  • Uvaria chamae
  • Clarissa spinarum
  • Afromum melégueta
  • Clove or eugenia aromatica
  • Capsicum frutescens
  • Lemon
  • Alcoholic liquor

Bottle all ingredients in the previous order. Add the liquor and let sit for 5 days. The spices in equal quantity should be in a proportion of 1/4 to the roots. The lemon juice should make 1/5 of the volume of alcohol.

Have a shot glass twice a day. The solution should be taken 5 days before the onset of menses, for 14 days or two weeks.
